Scholarships
Talk to our advisers about all of the options available to you make your degree affordable. As a student of the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences (CALES), you are automatically eligible for nearly 200 scholarships. Visit into Scholarship Universe with your NetID and apply by April 1 to qualify each year. For step-by-step instructions, visit CALES Scholarships.
To maximize, be sure to answer the following questions in Scholarship Universe.
- Which University of Arizona (UA) college (s) are you currently admitted to or enrolled in?
- What academic department(s) are you currently admitted to or enrolled in at the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences (CALES)?
- Does your College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences (CALES) major have an option, subplan or area of emphasis?
- I authorize the University of Arizona to directly provide my academic and financial aid (FAFSA) information to external entities such as scholarship donor/provider/agencies or scholarship foundations in order to receive or apply for scholarship funds. I understand that I may choose to revoke this authorization at any point in time by emailing the department.
Department of Environmental Science Financial Aid
Talk to your academic advisor before applying. Support is limited and submission of an application does not guarantee an award. If you receive an award, you will be notified by email.

Department of Environmental Science Travel Awards
We may be able to provide partial or full coverage of travel costs for any student presenting at a professional conference ($300 per student per year).
